A rampant India thrashed England by 158 runs in the first one day international in Rajkot on Friday. India posted a massive 387 for 5, the highest ever one day total scored against England.
In response, the tourists batted poorly, giving away cheap wickets as they were bowled out for 229. England captain Kevin Pieterson was gracious in defeat, admitting “They played super cricket, you’ve got to say well done.” Read more
